First dedicated Scaleup Accelerator Program
After running the first three Flights (batches) with a typical Startup Accelerator Program, we realized that we are best suited to help companies who are a little further down the road and created a dedicated growth stage accelerator program. Our founders are 5 times entrepreneurs who started five and successfully exited four businesses. The biggest was $5 Billion in revenue.
We continued generating one of the highest success rates measured by follow on financing and in 2015 was named Top 100 must influential global accelerator.
We do not take any equity and invest after successful completion of the scaleup accelerator program. The Society3 Venture Investment arm will conduct Seed, A or B rounds and manages follow on rounds as the companies grow and need more capital.

Accelerator Flight Definition
Startup accelerator classes are often called "Batches" where teams come and go. Now growth stage companies need different and much more long term programs. We accompany those teams like on a long distance flight to a new planet. And so we see them as "Flights".
Society3's top success rate
Since our start in 2014 in San Francisco we continuously demonstrated one of the highest startup success rates in the industry measured by follow on financing after completing the accelerator.
Success rates vary between 67% and all the way up to 89% of follow on financing of the startups who participated. We attribute the success to the extrem focus on growth, traction development and growth hacking methods we help to develop.
We use follow on financing as ultimate success KPI because only those who continuesly are able to secure funding are the ones who have a very good chance to grow to a global player.
