S3 AppsWorld is the application directory for Society3 apps. Currently applications are provided by Society3 only. However in the future we plan to allow third party apps to leverage the platform.

Applications can easily be installed and uninstalled based on your needs and interests.

Society3 Applications are built on top of a cloud based application platform. Applications can easily be installed and uninstalled and allow our customers to use exactly the functionality they need without buying into an overwhelming amount of features. The S3 platform is created with a “Zero Administration Overhead” design. That means customers do not need special administration to run both the platform or its applications.

Here are some more details for the technically interested users: The Society3 Application Platform is a unique Multi Tenant Network Architecture. Unlike typical online or SaaS applications where each tenant has their own and completely isolated application space, the S3 platform was from ground up designed for collaboration. Flights for instance can be shared across all users, whether they are within a specific company or outside. Obviously a company can set restrictions.
